Families and individuals are finding it increasingly difficult to make ends meet due to rising energy and food prices.  The outreach team of Good Shepherd would like to alleviate some of this stress for people in our community.  To that end, we will be giving away 50 turkeys, chickens, and/or hams to people, along with all the sides for them to prepare a Christmas meal.

As the Church we would like to meet more than the material needs of our community. Therefore, we would love to use this as an opportunity to offer prayer for and share the Gospel with each family that receives a meal. If they have children or grandchildren, we want to provide a little Gospel centered gift for them.  

Receive a Meal

In need of a Christmas meal? Visit the church parking lot to receive a turkey or chicken roaster along with the fixings to make your Christmas dinner! While supplies last.

We also want to pray with you. Let us know how we can be praying for you when you arrive.

Volunteer

We would love to have you help with the distribution of food and gifts and to pray with each family who would like prayer.
There will be a training session on Sunday, December 4 at 10:00am for all of the volunteers.
